Ron Mendoza has been working in the financial industry since 1988, and for the last 25 years, he has been specializing in providing retirement counseling to clients. His main goal is to help pre-retirees and retirees avoid common financial pitfalls and protect their principal, ensuring that their money lasts throughout their retirement. Ron's advice covers a range of areas, from cutting taxes to maximizing social security income and obtaining better protection for his clients' financial future. Ultimately, his approach results in a comprehensive retirement plan that helps his clients achieve their retirement goals and enjoy their golden years to the fullest.
As a fiduciary with a Series 65 license, Ron has an extensive financial education, including courses on Retirement Planning, Long-Term Care, Business Management, and Individual Retirement Accounts. Moreover, he is a certified National Social Security Advisor, an achievement that places him among less than 1% of all financial advisors with specialized training in this area. This certification is recognized by FINRA and is the only accredited Social Security Certificate program in the country.
A native of California, Ron has been a resident of Southern California for the majority of his life. When he's not assisting his clients, he finds joy in coaching little league and cherishing quality time with his wife and children.

D. Scott Brooks
Scott Brooks has been an investment adviser representative since 1987, and has directly managed over $100 million in client assets. Scott’s investment philosophy is one of risk management. The cornerstone to his success is the vigilant recognition that losses hurt you more than gains help you™.
Scott’s commitment to the retirement needs of Americans has led him to numerous endeavors. He has served as an instructor in the University of Missouri’s Learning in Retirement Program. After witnessing the impact of the burgeoning health care crises on America’s retirees’, Scott founded and was Chairman of Revolution Medical, an incentives-based health insurance contractor dedicated to improving the health, and consequently the lives, of retired Americans.
Scott taught several courses as a guest lecturer in the Finance Department at the University of Missouri, as well as consulted with professors at other universities around the nation.
He has been a guest on the “Roger Arnold Radio Show”, the “Diane and Debbie Show” and the “Outdoors Dan Radio Show”, and has been interviewed on various TV and news outlets.
Scott and his wife work with illiterate youth to educate them on how to develop basic reading skills. They also work with “at risk” kids, taking them into their home and teaching them basic life skills. Scott takes an active role in coaching youth sports and mentoring children of all backgrounds, as well as having served as Scout Master for his son’s Boy Scout troop.
Chief Investment Officer
Gordon is a graduate of Columbia University who has been in the financial services industry since 1993. Gordon has earned the designation of Chartered Financial AnalystTM (CFA). Gordon previously served as the Director of Investment Consulting at Asset Services Company, a $4 billion investment consulting firm focused on high net worth individuals and institutions.
He has also managed over $1 billion of fixed income investments at Devon Energy. His early career included the role of Vice President of HK Partners and H&K International, a family of hedge funds based in New Canaan, CT and Bermuda.
Gordon lives in Kirkwood, MO and enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
